In addition to the initiation of new brothers every semester, Delta Phi Sigma also initiates a class of little sisters once a year. Little sisters are women from the community who are active with the fraternity and embody the values that the brotherhood strives so hard to maintain. These women are of solid constitution and character and have become an integral part of what makes Delta Phi Sigma so unique.
